Quality Assurance
Quality is of paramount importance at
Pioneer Industrial Instruments. We have quality assurance
departments and laboratories which consist of Sample Inspection
Section, Bought Out Inspection, In-process Inspection (Assembly),
Home Made Inspection, Product Inspection, Audit Inspection, Chemical
& Metallurgy Lab, Macrology, Component Testing Lab and Customer
Service Cell - set up specially to ensure that our instruments give the best results. All the quality assessments are done in
accordance with the guidelines of ISO and customer specifications.
Necessary and preventive actions are taken, whenever required under the strategy of the “Closed Loop System”. All the departments use
Statistical techniques to take correct action for efficient working
of the instruments. Samples are received from various vendors and
checked for dimensional correctness, material confirmation, assembly
trials, metallurgy and chemical tests, etc. During
Assembly, quality is checked through in-process inspection and
product inspection. Apart from the audit checks, routine tests are
done to make sure that the instruments are reliable.
Infrastructure
Built on an area of 1000 sq. feet, the infrastructure of Pioneer Industrial Instruments is
replete with all the latest and sophisticated machinery to
produce these instruments. Our workforce consists of highly qualified
and professionally trained people having extensive knowledge and
expertise to manufacture these instruments with precision. We keep
ourselves abreast with all the latest technical innovation and make
improvisations on the products accordingly. Our warehouse is well
furnished and spacious enough to store large stock of goods in order
to meet the bulk demands. Special emphasis is given to packaging of
the products to avoid any damage while transportation.
